Eutaw Forest Homeowner’s Association is managed by volunteers and homeowner’s of the community.  They are dedicated folks who take time from their busy schedule to ensure the needs of the community are met all without any compensation for their efforts.

Eutaw Forest community does not have a recreation center or a pool. We do have a large Green Space that is located at the end of Ridgeline Ave that is large enough to play soccer, football, etc.  There are plans to place a Pavilion with Picnic tables in this area, late 2016, early 2017.  Within minutes of the community are several county owned and operated parks that provide a great play area for both children and adults.  There is also a dog park located only four miles away for your favorite pet to run and play!

We charge an annual assessment for living within the community.  It is a very small amount compared to other communities within the area.  This helps us keep our common areas clean and safe.  The annual assessment are mailed out in April and request homeowners to pay their dues NLT June 30th.
